thickness.Multiple leiomyoma/ta is/are identified in submucosal, intramural and subsrosal location, varying from 1 to 9 cm. in

Received fresh is a segment of large bowel 12 cms. in length and 5 cms. in diameter. A tumor is present 4 cms. from the proximal
margin. The lesion measures 3 cms. along the length, and 4 cms. along the diameter. It involves one half of the circumference of the
bowel, and is 1.4 cms. in thickness. On cut surface, invasion into pericolonic fat is seen. Several pericolic lymph nodes are identified.

Received in formalin is a gall bladder measuring 5x2x2 cms. On opening the gall bladder, it contains bile and multiple stones. The
